"We enjoyed everything about our visit to Latitude Zero. The dishes were beautifully presented, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, and the service was top-notch. A complete experience! This restaurant exceeded all expectations. The warm ambiance and friendly staff made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. "Food is delicious for sure. My issue is with the check that despite including the 20% tip for a table of 2, the bottom of the receipt suggests tips that IF added to the TOTAL would have you paying (my case) a 40% tip which is outrageous. This deceptive type of practice is not just wrong but a turnoff. Beware when checking out."

"Venia viendo mucha promocion de este lugar en las redes y parecia bien interesante y sabroso! Hasta que decidi ayer en la noche visitarlo. Primeramente quiero decir que la comida tuvo un 10 de 10. La presentacion de los platos, la cantidad y el sabor espectacular pero hubieron ciertos detalles que no me gustaron. Cuando entramos al salon que esta detras la temperatura estaba super baja a lo que le comunicamos a una de las senoritas que por favor si podian poner la temperatura un poco elevada porque el frio estaba duro, conclusion lo hablamos por 4 ocasiones con distintos meseros y cero resultados al respecto! En la salida de los conductos del clima que estan el techo la suciedad reina y se pueden fijar si amplian la foto que hice del salon. Lamento no haber hecho una foto de los platos que supuestamente ya estaban lavados pero se veian rastros inconfundibles de restos de comida como el cilantro tan popular en la comida ecuatoriana. Pero la comida un 10 y pienso repetir la visita."

"We traveled for 30 minutes to dine at this establishment based on the recommendation of a colleague. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of the food and will likely return in the future. The dishes we ordered were all satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the carne asada and sampled the ceviche. My companions also expressed contentment with their respective meals. The portions were generous. The service was generally satisfactory. Despite the establishment being quite busy, we only had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive for the most part, although we did have to remind her a couple of times about a few requests. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, with the exception of my dish, which was served approximately 10 minutes after everyone else's. The atmosphere was pleasant, with moderate noise levels and adequate lighting. The music selection was enjoyable and created a lively ambiance. The seating area where we were situated was somewhat cramped, but there appeared to be more spacious seating in the rear of the establishment. Upon receiving the bill, I noticed a 20% service charge had been added. I must admit that I have not encountered such a charge previously. Initially, I assumed it was a gratuity, but I later learned that this may not necessarily be the case. While I appreciate the service provided, I am unable to afford an additional 20% gratuity on top of the service charge."
